How To Work A Positive Attitude Into Your Routine

Are you your own worst enemy? Chances are, you’re harder on yourself than you would be on anyone else. This can definitely interfere with your positive attitude.

Thankfully, even a small change in attitude you can completely change your life.

Because our success or failure really begins (and ends) with how we feel about ourselves. What we believe about our capacity determines our results. Think big and you’ll get big, prosperous results. Think small and lacking and you’ll achieve just that. The choice is yours. That’s why having a positive attitude is so important. Happiness quotes can help as they help shape your beliefs in a more positive way.

And beliefs are simplychoices we make. You can choose to believe that you are capableof finding a solution or believe in giving up your dreams.

Because…at the end of the day, if you don’t believe in your ability, who else will?….

Plus, remember, our attitude shows up in everything we think, say, and do.

Here’s the key to creating a more positive attitude into your routine:

Most of us have a routine or list of things that we do every day. For instance driving or taking public transit to work for many is a daily routine. Time-wise, this may be anywhere from ten minutes up to an hour.

The question becomes: How are you using that time?

If you are choosing a grumpy or negative attitude on your commute to work you’re sending waves of negativity ahead of you to your workplace. If, while you are driving to work, you focus on awful traffic and think about how stressed you are, you’ll arrive at work and walk into the exact same energy you created. You’re always attracting what you are…Again…highlighting the importance of a positive attitude.

If you don’t like what you have created, the bonus is you can choose at any given moment to change your attitude and thus create new and better results. (Happiness quotes can help…especially if you put them in places you’ll see all the time…they keep you on track).

For instance, during the commute to work you can consciously set your intention to feel good and think about all the benefits you derive from your work. Plus you can use your driving time to listen to your favorite music or an inspirational CD…maybe one that contains happiness quotes.

And super-busy people can take this travel/commute opportunity to embrace some quality alone-time with a gentle attitude shift. When you routinely engage in this positive attitude shift it will slip more easily into other aspects of your life and routines…soon you’ll find yourself way happier and even more successful.

So, here are some thoughts to focus on during your next commute:

  • I’m lucky to have this job where I get to meet some really wonderful people.
  • I love to receive my paycheck for work well done.
  • I really enjoy testing my skills with this job.
  • Challenges are a way for me to develop more creativity.
  • I thrive on helping and serving others.
  • My contribution to this company is valuable.

Soon you’ll find that changing your thoughts to be positive will bring more success and prosperity into your daily experience and will help you to be, do, and have.

You’ll be amazed at how small shifts in your attitude can dramatically change what your life feels like for you.

Here are some happiness quotes to put up where you’ll see them all the time…or to share with your friends!
